Shares of US banks to quadruple by 2012?

According to Dick Bove of Rochdale Securities, US bank stocks may quadruple over the next 2 to 3 years due to loan defaults decrease. To ride the recovery in US financials, he recommends BOA, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Citigroup (hooray, I'm vested here!). Hope I can ride my Citigroup all the way to my 400% target profit.
