Property Hunt 1 - Potential Jurong West sites to look at

Since I plan to purchase a flat by end 2010, I need to start looking at potential flats from now onwards. My first areas are naturally those near my neighnourhood. Good flats around this area:

Blks 683 - 686, Jurong West Ctrl 1, Price: 370,000 - 420,000 (111 sq m)
Price: 298,000 - 368,000 (93 sq m)

Blks 517, Jurong West St 52, Price: 415,000 - 460,000 (115 sq m)
Price: 380,000 - 405,000 (95 sq m)

Since my opinion is that the economy could falter later (same as Chua Soon Hock), presenting better buying opportunities, I shall wait till end 2010 before committing. Meanwhile, these will be on my list for properties in Jurong West area. Reasons:

1. Very exclusive developments (outstanding design)
2. Close proximity to MRT
3. Potential of Jurong West as 2nd CBD
4. Proximity to parents
