Noble fails to clear Resistance

Noble, the leader of this rebound, fails to close above first resistance at 1.13 (Aug 17 2007 low). Since RSI is still rising, and I don't think the bear rally will end yet, I think Noble should clear this resistance, after which it will then proceed to test the next resistance level at 1.29. That may be a better level to short.
